Description
Here we have a beautiful combination piece of lilac and rare Coquimbite as glassy crystals and slight beige coloured, multifaced and also glassy Copiapite. Both species are sharp edged and highly lustrous, largely with excellent terminations. A super specimen from a relatively old find in the 1990s (it still survived until nowadays). This crystals are so well-developed, and so fine, they look more like an Afghani Apatite than any Coquimbite I have seen from other locales, and many people were saying they are now among best of species. Note that these must be kept in a controlled air-conditioned room or simply in a sealed container and away from humidity as they will dehydrate otherwise.
