Description
A rich carpet of translucent-to-transparent, amber-coloured crystals of Eosphorite (Hydrated Manganese Iron Aluminum Phosphate Hydroxide), accompanied by botryoidal rosettes of RARE Zanazziite. The Eosphorite here is well formed, sharp and transparent and well terminated,- the Zanazziite has olive-greeen colour. These little crystals and clusters are arranged in pretty bursts richly covering most of one side of the matrix. Old material from the 1960s or 1970s. Note: Ilha claim is TYPE LOCALITY for Zanazziite
