Description
Two slightly intergrown and excellent developed octahedrons of rare sulfosalt Carrollite from the well known locale of Kamoya South II Mine, Katanga, Congo prominently set atop contrasted, creamy Dolomite matrix. We have all seen a lot of Carrollites from the glory hole finds of around 2000-2002, and a few trickling out later. However, this piece for me is among the better ones due to the mesmerizing surfave details, the great luster and sharpness of the edges. Only minor imperfection on the major crystal. A very good specimen
